We offer complimentary initial consultations to discuss your project. Detailed design services are included in your building contract, or available separately for $1,500-$3,000 depending on scope.
Do I need to know exactly what I want?
Not at all! Many clients come with general ideas or inspiration photos. We'll guide you through the process and help refine your vision into a workable plan.
Can you work with my existing plans?
Yes! If you have plans from an architect or designer, we can review them, suggest improvements, and ensure they're construction-ready.
How long does the design phase take?
Typically 2-4 weeks for initial designs, with 1-2 revision rounds. Complex projects may take longer. We'll provide a timeline during your consultation.
What should I bring to the consultation?
